On-Site Assessment & Quote
We visit your site to assess levels, drainage requirements, and access. You’ll receive a detailed, transparent quote with no hidden costs. (Price Guide: 95– 180/m² depending on finish and complexity).

Once approved, we lock in your date. We pride ourselves on reliable scheduling and work to ensure minimal disruption to your home or business.

Site Preparation

Caring for Your New Investment
Concrete is a natural product that undergoes a fascinating transformation as it hardens. To help you enjoy the best results, here is what you should know about your new surface:
Strength Takes Time: You can walk on your concrete within 24 hours, but it takes 28 days to reach its design strength and up to 6 months to fully dry. You will see the colour lighten as moisture evaporates.
The "3-Metre Rule": In line with Concrete NZ standards, finishes are assessed from a distance of three metres. This accounts for the natural, hand-crafted variations that give concrete its character.
Natural Tonal Variations:Fresh concrete may show "mottled" or light and dark patches (sometimes called "Pinto"). This is a normal part of the drying process and typically evens out as the slab matures.
Expansion Cuts:To manage the natural shrinkage of concrete, we place strategic expansion cuts. These "control joints" guide where the concrete will naturally breathe, preventing unsightly random cracking.
Exposed Aggregate Character: Because we use natural Waimakariri river stones, expect slight variations in stone distribution. These unique inconsistencies are what make an exposed aggregate driveway look authentic and organic.
